1. Platform Jurisdictions

By entering the EstateGrid Premier network, you signify your full compliance with these terms and conditions. Our platform is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you do not agree with any provision of this governance framework, you must immediately terminate your network session.

2. Acceptable Engagement

Users are granted a non-transferable, revocable license to access our property intelligence and market listings. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• ⚠Extraction (Scraping): Any automated or manual systematic collection of listing data or agent credentials.
• ⚠Identifier Spoofing: Creating deceptive profiles, providing fraudulent residency data, or impersonating institutional agents.
• ⚠Structural Probing: Attempting to penetrate the platform's security layers or reverse-engineer its proprietary market valuation logic.

3. Listing Intellectual Property

All digital assets hosted on EstateGrid—including high-resolution property imagery, floorplans, dynamic marketing copy, and market performance reports—are the exclusive property of EstateGrid or its authorized agents. Unauthorized reproduction or dissemination of these assets in any medium is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal action.

4. Valuation Liability Warning

While our market intelligence efforts strive for 100% precision, all property valuations and trend reports are estimates designed for comparative analysis. EstateGrid and its network of agents provide this data "as-is" without a guarantee of final sale price. Asset transaction decisions should only be made after consultation with certified financial and legal personnel.

5. Account Governance

EstateGrid maintains the right to suspend or permanently revoke platform access (for both agents and buyers) for violations of this governance framework. Suspended users will lose access to all saved property artifacts, active listings, and portal communications. Appeals can be filed through our Platform Governance hub within 7 business days of suspension.

6. Terms Modification

To maintain high-fidelity operational transparency, we reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant revisions will be announced via the admin portal alerts. Continued platform engagement following such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised governance.
